If for some reason your order has arrived incomplete, incorrect or damaged you can choose to have your order either;
1) Completed in full, in which case further items will be shipped, 2) The item replaced, in which case the damaged item must be returned to remedies with it's original packaging, 3) Your money back, in which case all items must be returned to Remedies in their original packaging.
Please note that in cases where an order is not incomplete, incorrect or damaged then the customer will be liable for all shipping charges.
Please note: If you are returning an item from outside of the United Kingdom it is important you mark the customs note as "items being returned" and not as gifts or sales. Returns without this marking will automatically be returned to you.

Have a replacement sent, please return the item to the address above - the cost of returning will be refunded.
